There are plenty of choices when it comes to choosing an architect or designer. Different practices have different styles, different approaches, and different ways of working.
So why us?
One thing we believe we offer is flexibility.
We don't expect every client to come to us with the same brief, the same budget, or even a fully formed idea of what they want.
Sometimes a client needs a full architectural service, from the first feasibility studies through construction. Sometimes they already have a clear direction and simply need someone to develop it further. Sometimes they need help making sense of a difficult site, a tight budget, or a project that has already started moving in the wrong direction.
We can work within those different situations.
This also means you don't necessarily need to have everything figured out before speaking to us. We offer an initial consultation at no cost, where we can help you understand and analyse your existing needs, priorities, constraints, and possibilities before deciding what the project needs next.
We are also flexible in how we approach design.
We don't believe every project needs to look like an ARIM+ project.
A house should respond to its owner.
A development should respond to its market.
A commercial space should respond to its business.
The context, objectives, and constraints should shape the design.
And perhaps most importantly, we are willing to adapt when reality changes.
Budgets change. Requirements change. Contractors have limitations. Clients change their minds. Things happen on site that no drawing could have predicted.
For us, flexibility does not mean compromising on everything. It means knowing what is essential, what can change, and where we can find a better solution when the original plan no longer works.
